Sjoerd de Vries’ expertise concerns Smart Media, more specific digital (smart) media in organizational communication such as 'smart marketing', e-business, Social CRM, digital provision of services, and reputation management. A second area of expertise is networked knowledge, or the use of digital media for knowlege management and educational purposes. For example Communities of Practice, blended education, and virtuele research centra. How can we understand the adoption, and development of these communication forms and what factors do contribute to the effect of these?
